A fully serviced microfabrication facility consisting of 114 m2 of a Class 6+ and 7 environmentally controlled, HEPA filtered, positive air pressure cleanroom laboratory and auxiliary equipment. All located at Callaghan Innovation’s Gracefield site. Ideal for projects in aerospace, medical devices, optics through to quantum computing, the space is designed to facilitate external tenants and projects. It includes four large flexible equipment bays with associated power, data, high purity gases, extraction, and recirculating cooling water supplies all available. Laminar flow bench space is also available for both wet chemistry and dry work. Photolithography or other photosensitive work can be performed in the yellow light area.
