Aotearoa Genomic Data Repository

The Aotearoa Genomic Data Repository (AGDR) is a unique online resource for the storage and sharing of digital genomic data on the taonga species of Aotearoa.

The repository has been jointly developed by Genomics Aotearoa and the New Zealand eScience Infrastructure (NeSI) to provide a secure place for the Aotearoa research community to store and to share genomic data within a Māori values context, following the principles of Māori Data Sovereignty.

Researchers can deposit, browse and request access to data sets via the data repository.  Follow the link for a list of the data sets available, and for instructions on how to request access and make submissions, visit the repository website: https://data.agdr.org.nz/
