Our NMR laboratory specialises in solid-state NMR characterisation techniques for the analysis of lignocellulosic and other bio-derived materials and polymers. Solution State NMR spectroscopy is a method for characterising soluble compounds and mixtures. Capability for a wide range of different samples and analysis methods including rapid screening of chemical composition and metabolomics analysis. Both our NMRs are equipped with autosamplers to enable full automation and 24/7 running time. Each system also has a BNL nitrogen reliquefying unit attached.
