The AgResearch Proteomics Laboratory is a fully-equipped facility for proteomic and peptidomic analysis using liquid chromatography, 2D electrophoresis and high resolution mass spectrometry. This lab offers compositional (proteins and peptides) analysis of foods and other biomaterials, bioactivity prediction, redox proteomics and expression analysis.
